We are actively pursuing candidates for our open position of International Sales Manager.
Your duties will include:
Responsibility for a wide range of assignments including the development and management of a qualified effective international sales channel and attendance at selected Trade Shows. This position is critical with respect to supporting the growth plans of Novotech
Key Responsibilities:
Establish a functional International Sales team to provide effective sales growth in geographic areas defined by Sr. Management;
Create an efficient business plan to achieve annual sales goals and work with Novotech Management to support corporate growth;
Define target accounts and regions that will support or exceed the sales plans;
Manage extended Sales teams (Representatives) to provide business data in support of Novotech’s sales goals;
Maintain knowledge of Novotech’s manufacturing capabilities and correlation to potential Client’s requirements;
Support training of the International Sales Representatives, and provide capabilities documentation aligned with changing capabilities;
Ensure optimal levels of sales and services to existing and new Clients and Representatives;
Maintain and prepare sales reports for integration to sales forecasting including market trends and competitor activities;
Analyze market coverage to ensure required resources are established for support;
Manage import and export sales to ensure compliance to procedures and licensing governances;
