Zinc Sulfide ZnS

     Zinc Sulfide ZnS is prodused using the chamical vapor deposition (CVD). Zinc Sulfide ehas fracture strength and hardness. ZnS is 30% harder than ZnSe and has high resistance to rain erosion, high-speed dust, and particulate abrasion leading to its frequent choice for military applications or other harsh environments such as exterior IR windows for aircrafts, etc.
